1.Who we are and what this policy covers

Add More Magic LLC, referred to as “Add More Magic,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” provides reservation assistance through AddMoreMagic.com and related applications. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you browse our Services, create an account, submit reservation requests, make payments, or communicate with us.

Personal information means information that identifies you or another person, or that can reasonably be linked to a person or household. Add More Magic LLC is responsible for the processing described in this policy, subject to applicable law.

We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates. Disney, other reservation providers, payment providers, and third-party websites may process information under their own privacy notices. This policy describes our practices; it does not replace their notices or control their independent activities.

This policy is a notice about information practices. Reading it or using our Services does not give blanket consent to every possible use of your information. Where a separate consent or choice is required, we will obtain or provide it. Nothing in this policy waives a privacy right or remedy that applicable law protects.

2.Information we collect and its sources

The information involved depends on the features you use and the details needed for your reservation. We obtain information from you, authorized people requesting reservations for your party, providers involved in the booking, service vendors, and your interactions with our website or app.

On smaller screens, scroll across the table to read all details.

Do not send Social Security numbers, government identification documents, Disney account passwords, security codes, full payment-card details, or unrelated medical information in ordinary email or support messages. If identity verification is needed, we will request only information reasonably necessary through an appropriate method.

3.How we use information

We use the information relevant to each purpose to:

  • Set up, authenticate, and support your account.
  • Process the reservation requests you authorize, communicate with providers, and send confirmations and request updates.
  • Process authorized payments and refunds, maintain financial records, and investigate payment disputes.
  • Respond to support questions, correct errors, and maintain records of instructions and agreed terms.
  • Protect accounts and the Services, detect fraud and misuse, and investigate security incidents.
  • Diagnose technical problems and improve service reliability using the data and tools disclosed in this policy.
  • Meet legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
  • Send adult customers marketing communications where permitted and subject to the choices in Section 8, if we offer that feature.

We limit each use to information appropriate for that purpose. Information obtained through a provider connection remains subject to that provider's restrictions. Children's appointment details and information obtained through a Disney Family & Friends connection are not used to build advertising audiences or for unrelated marketing.

If we propose a materially different use of personal information, we will provide the notice and obtain any consent required by law before beginning that use. We do not treat an update to this policy as permission to disregard an earlier binding privacy commitment.

4.Disney and other reservation connections

Some Services require you to connect with us through Disney's My Disney Experience Family & Friends functionality or another provider's authorized features. Depending on your settings and the feature, a connection may expose profile, guest, itinerary, and reservation information. Review the provider's sharing settings and share only what is needed. A connection should not be understood to reveal no personal information simply because it does not expose your stored card number.

We access and use connected information only as necessary for the authorized request and as permitted by applicable law and the provider's terms. Information obtained through Disney's Family & Friends travel-agent functionality is used only for making dining reservations as permitted by Disney's applicable terms. Any activity-booking workflow must separately comply with the permissions governing that workflow.

You can manage or remove a connection through the provider's controls. Removing access may prevent us from completing an open request. Cancel unwanted searches through Add More Magic as described in our Terms of Service; disconnecting an account does not necessarily cancel a reservation or erase records we must retain.

We do not intentionally use unrelated plans or another guest's information merely because a sharing setting makes them visible. If you believe information was shared accidentally, contact us and review the provider's sharing controls. We will restrict unnecessary use and address copies in our control as appropriate and required by law.

5.Payment information

Our service-fee payments are processed through Stripe. You can read Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy. Payment details for these fees are collected using Stripe's embedded payment form. We receive the transaction and payment-status information necessary to collect an authorized fee, issue a refund, reconcile records, and respond to a dispute.

Payment credential handling: For service-fee payments, we retain Stripe customer and payment-method identifiers, the card brand, expiration date, and last four digits. Stripe processes the full payment details entered into its form.

If you use the separate Disney-card form, your full card number, expiration date, security code, and billing address pass through Add More Magic's servers and are forwarded to our reservation-system provider.

Add More Magic LLC collects and temporarily stores the card and billing information necessary to complete your requested Disney reservation. We protect this information through technical and organizational safeguards and restrict access to authorized personnel and service providers who need it to fulfill your request. Required information is transmitted to Disney’s reservation system to complete the booking. Card security codes are not retained after transaction authorization, and other card information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the authorized reservation purpose.

The payment provider may independently use information for its legal, fraud-prevention, and payment-network obligations as described in its notice. We remain responsible for our own processing and for applicable obligations when selecting and using service providers.

This Privacy Policy does not independently authorize a charge. The amount, timing, and payment authorization are governed by the accepted request and Terms of Service.

6.When we disclose information

We disclose personal information only for the relevant purposes described here and subject to applicable law:

  • Reservation providers: We share the guest and request information necessary for the booking you authorize. Providers handle the information they receive under their own policies and obligations.
  • Vendors working for us: Hosting, infrastructure, payment processing, customer support, email delivery, security, and any specifically disclosed analytics vendors may process information needed to perform their functions. Where required, our contracts restrict their use and require appropriate protection of the information.
  • Authorized people: We may share booking details with you and people you have authorized to receive or manage them. Provider accounts may also expose information to others according to the provider's sharing settings.
  • Professional and legal needs: We may disclose information to legal or financial advisers, regulators, courts, or other appropriate recipients where reasonably necessary and legally permitted to meet obligations, address fraud or security incidents, protect rights or safety, or resolve a claim.
  • Business transactions: Information may be reviewed or transferred in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections and applicable law. We will provide any required notice and respect applicable restrictions on new uses.
  • Your direction or consent: We may make another disclosure you specifically request or validly authorize.

We do not treat a private support message, a child's photograph, or a reservation confirmation as permission to publish it as advertising. Any use requiring separate permission will be handled through a separate authorization.

Our use of Google Analytics and other website technologies is described in Section 7.

7.Cookies and Google Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website and understand how it is used.

Necessary website cookies: We use cookies to support sign-in, shopping-cart functionality, and security. The cart cookie and a remembered sign-in cookie last for up to 30 days. Without the remember-me option, the sign-in cookie is a session cookie and the corresponding sign-in session expires after 24 hours.

Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit and how our website is used, helping us improve the website. Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect page-view and session activity, referring pages, browser and device information, approximate location, and cookie identifiers. Google processes this information to provide analytics. Learn more: How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Your choices: You can use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent account or booking functions from working. Google also provides an opt-out option for supported browsers: Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on must be installed and enabled in the browser where you want it to apply. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@addmoremagic.com.

Other website services: Our website also loads Stripe payment-related technology and Trustpilot review-invitation scripts, and obtains website resources such as fonts and scripts from content-delivery providers. These services may receive technical information when your browser requests their resources. Payment processing is described in Section 5.

8.Communications and your choices

We use your registered email address and account to send operational messages about reservations, payment issues, security, and support. Unsubscribing from marketing does not necessarily stop these necessary service messages.

If we send marketing emails, you can unsubscribe using the email's unsubscribe link or contact support@addmoremagic.com. We will honor applicable opt-out requirements. Where texts, calls, or app notifications are offered, their consent and preference controls will be presented separately as required. Creating an account or accepting this policy is not blanket consent to promotional texts or calls.

You can review available account settings, request correction of inaccurate details, and manage provider connections. A privacy request does not automatically cancel a provider reservation or eliminate an already earned fee. We will explain if a requested deletion or restriction means we cannot continue an open service request.

9.Children and family information

Our accounts and Services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. An adult may use the Services to arrange an appointment for a child. We request only the child's details reasonably necessary for the supported booking or associated support, as identified in Section 2. An adult providing another person's information must have appropriate authority to do so.

We do not invite children to create accounts or submit requests directly. An adult-only statement does not remove legal obligations if children actually use the Services or if collection from children otherwise triggers applicable law.

We do not sell children's appointment information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to market unrelated products to a child. These commitments apply to our handling of that information and must also be reflected in the vendors we use.

A parent or guardian may contact support@addmoremagic.com about information supplied for a child, including a request to review, correct, or delete it, subject to appropriate verification and applicable law. If we learn that information was collected directly from a child without a required legal basis or parental consent, we will investigate promptly and take the steps required by law, including deletion where required.

10.Retention and deletion

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to legal obligations and valid preservation requirements. Retention depends on the kind of information, the request or account status, security needs, financial recordkeeping obligations, and applicable periods for disputes or claims.

Our retention schedule: We retain account information as needed to maintain your active account and reservation-related information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill and support your reservation. Once information is no longer needed, we delete or deidentify it, except for limited records reasonably necessary to meet legal or tax obligations, maintain security, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes.

Closing an account does not automatically erase every transaction record. We may retain limited information for accounting, fraud prevention, legal obligations, suppression of unwanted marketing, or a specific dispute where permitted. We restrict retained information to the purpose that justifies keeping it; the possibility of a future dispute is not a blanket reason to retain everything indefinitely.

When retention is no longer justified, we delete the information or deidentify it using measures appropriate to applicable law.

Backup retention: Personal information deleted from our active systems may remain in protected backup copies until those copies expire or are overwritten during the regular backup cycle. Backup information is restricted from ordinary business use. If a backup is restored, applicable deletion requests are reapplied, subject to lawful retention requirements.

Where required, we communicate valid deletion requests to relevant service providers and other recipients.

11.Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and risks involved. Access is limited to authorized people and vendors who need information for their role, and our security measures are reviewed as the Services change.

No system can be guaranteed completely secure. This does not release us from applicable security, breach-notification, or other legal duties. If a security incident requires notice, we will notify the affected people and authorities as required by applicable law.

Protect your account credentials, use an appropriate password, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. Do not send sensitive credentials or unnecessary personal information through ordinary support messages.

12.Privacy requests and applicable rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply to our processing, you may have rights to access or receive a copy of personal information, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to certain uses, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions of the applicable law; this policy does not claim that every statute applies to every customer.

To make a request, contact support@addmoremagic.com. Describe your request and the account or transaction involved. We may seek reasonable verification for requests that would disclose, alter, or delete information and may verify an authorized agent's authority where appropriate. We will not demand verification that applicable law prohibits for an opt-out request or require unnecessary personal information.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any permitted extension, denial, or limitation. If you have a statutory right to appeal, send an appeal to support@addmoremagic.com identifying the earlier request; we will explain the result and any further complaint options. You may also contact the appropriate privacy regulator or attorney general.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it using the relevant control or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not make prior lawful processing unlawful. We will not retaliate or unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. We may be unable to provide a requested booking service if information genuinely necessary for it cannot be processed.

13.Processing locations and international customers

Where information is processed: Add More Magic LLC and its service providers may store or process personal information in countries other than the country where you live. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those in your country. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

Using the Services is not treated as blanket consent to an otherwise unlawful international transfer.

14.Third party services and public content

Our Services may link to or display content from independent websites, reservation platforms, payment services, or review platforms. The third party may collect information when you interact with it, and some embedded content may collect information before you interact. The relevant technologies and controls are described in Section 7. Review the third party's notice before providing information.

If you voluntarily publish a review through a public feature, other people may see the information you choose to include. Do not post private trip details, children's information, payment information, or another person's personal information. A private message remains subject to the uses and disclosures described in this policy; submitting it does not make it public.

15.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our Services, practices, or legal requirements. The effective date will identify the operative version. For material changes, we will provide appropriate notice through the Services or by email and obtain any consent required before applying a new use to previously collected information.

We do not rely solely on continued use of the website to obtain consent where affirmative consent is legally required. Changes do not retroactively eliminate a binding privacy promise or a nonwaivable right.
